How do I lose weight?

With so much conflicting information out there, it can feel overwhelming to know what’s best for your body.

Feeling like it’s so much harder to lose weight than it is to gain isn’t exactly inspirational.  And not seeing results, despite doing all the things, is downright frustrating.

Believe me, I’ve been there!  I’ve been confused.  I’ve given up.  I thought there was no upper limit to how much weight I could gain.  I’ve been a hermit. Preferring to stay home rather than face getting into clothing that made me feel uncomfortable, physically and emotionally.  Preferring to turn down the invitation, rather than worry about how I’d look at the event.

I distinctly remember the day I was at the doctor’s office.  She was sharing some concerning health news.  But that felt unimportant because all I wanted to know was how I could lose weight.   Despite turning to my usual weight loss tricks, nothing had been working.  And no, there wasn’t any medical reason I couldn’t lose weight.

She suggested I consider Weight Watchers and addressed my concern that it was useful for vegetarians too.  So, off I went.  I was all in.

Even though I considered myself relatively knowledgeable, I did learn a few things.  For example, just because something is nutritious, doesn’t mean it’s useful for weight loss without regard to quantity.

And I was very successful.

Until I wasn’t.

My mind hadn’t caught up with my behavior.  I made progress but until I discovered this work, I wasn’t fully there.  And now that I’m here, I want to share what I’ve learned.

I know how much better I feel.  And I know that you can feel your best too.

I know that if I can do it, so can you.  And I can’t wait to show you how.  It’s so much fun watching my clients light up as they discover their ability to take control of their eating.

If you are ready to gain confidence, get unstuck, and give up the search for the magic diet – then let me help you get to the root of why you’re overeating!
